The Rytech service representative, Andrew, was awesome. The insurance adjuster gave him some pressure and he kept his composure. His customer service and professionalism were really good. He kept me calm when I was getting stressed out about the situation.

Not sure what to expect and I think they did what they were supposed to do. I think any other water mitigation company would be similar.We just went with what insurance recommended.
They were prompt, on time, and did excellent work. They did exactly what they said they would do. I would definitely use them again.
USAA recommended a repair company to follow up on Rytech water mitigation work done at our home and begin repair estimates. However, this company discovered considerable moisture remaining and a wall not even addressed by Rytech. This company is preparing a report to USAA to explain much more need be done for moisture/mold mitigation before any repairs are to be made., I am very disappointed.

From the initial visit with "Vincent" to the paying of the bill, it was a pleasant experience, even given the problem to solve.
When they did the pack-up, they did it without clearing with the customer, and damaged the flooring that wasn't affected by the water. This increased the replacement cost.
