They left the floor messed up, and I'm still waiting on the insurance company to fix it, and they didn't put my door back up, so I didn't really appreciate that.

The seal that they first did wasn't good. It took more than a week to dry. The workers broke some picture frames and we weren't compensated for them. They used our personal broom and we can never use it again. I have to buy a new set.

Nice people but problems did arise that were unexpected. The situation got out of hand when there were several days of drying out using an industrial dehumidifier. This machine was too much for the job as in the end, it dried paint on the door moldings in the adjacent room.
There was damage done to a credenza that was over 150 years old, a family hierloom. The workmen never said anything about it.
This company was selected by our insurance company. We did not choose them.
