Everybody was absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive and the communication was outstanding.

The workers were fantastic! The communication was great, and the place was so clean that it was like nobody was even there. I can't say enough good things about them.

There was a lot of lack of communication. Once they dropped their equipment off, they really didn't come back. I had to call them to find out what was going on. It was a little bit of a hassle.

Rytech made a very difficult situation bearable by their representative’s clear explanations and reassurances that the mold problem was manageable and safe. All questions were answered immediately by phone every time I had a new thought. Truly the most competent and caring of people to have in my home.

The employees I dealt with were very, very professional. They set targets and kept all of those. I wasn't at the property a lot of the time. They contacted me every day to let me know they were there and what they were going to do. They followed up at the end of the day to let me know what they found. It was a good experience all the way around.

I believe I was not told the truth, and no one will accept responsibility for events that occurred in my home. I was injured during the installation, and it got worse and worse. They do not tell the truth. I dealt with Maria, and she was great, but I am not happy with the company. The inspector saw how they messed up the place. The tub is how they left it, and they did not find the tub that way. I am not out to hurt anyone or hurt the business, but own up to what you do.
