They put up humidifiers, which spread the mold spores. When I told them to remove the humidifiers, they stated they could not do so without insurance approval. I am the homeowner, and I had to choose another company to finish the water mitigation.

Additionally, it would have been nice if they offered me the service to rebuild or repair the damage that had been done.
