Matt has been very instrumental, keeping in touch with me and telling me what I should be doing. They gave an estimation and are keeping in with the total cost. If there are any changes, he comes back to me and tells me why.

The Rytech team was outstanding. We called on Christmas Eve because of an hot water leak in our slab and they had someone out to help us within a few hours. Incredibly precessional and responsive throughout the process. Explained the process, assisted us with our insurance company and helped us with a contact to get the leak detected and fixed. For a homeowner these events are stressful but with Rytech handling it we could rest easy. Thank you Rytech!

Rytech of Ventura was quick and courteous in answering my emergency call. The move was handled in a timely manner, but still with care for our household items. They worked with us to help us pack the items we were taking with us, and made the whole move as easy as possible. I only wish that we could hire them when we move to another home. The men worked hard fast and were through in cleaning after the demolition.

I was not only blown away not just by the speed by which they accomplished the work that they were here to do but also by the thoroughness and communication from them.
I had a sewage disaster while renovating a half bathroom. I was concerned it would delay my project for months with all of the needed remediation and repairs, but everything had been completed within a week. I could not have been more impressed with their services!

They damaged my refrigerator, and I am still fighting with them. They said they would give me $300.00 to replace the refrigerator, and that's not enough. A new one is over $1000.00. The adjuster is working with them to get this resolved.

Didn't seem to care much about accurately reporting to the insurance, they just wanted to get as much money out of the deal as possible. Then once they decided what they wanted to do, there was no urgency to get it done. They were going to leave us on a Friday to go all weekend with the house wet and now blowers/dryers until the following Monday.

Very professional and communicative. As I work for a large General Contractor , I was very satisfied how the did their work and were coordinated to minimize disruptions to my families Life related to the insurance Below Grade Water Leak.

The job was handled and completed in a timely fashion.

They have very poor customer service. They did not do what they were supposed to do. Triple A did not cover it. My mother had to cover it on her credit card. We had to pay for the whole house being covered with a tarp, and they only did a portion of it, so I had to call them again. We had to get Triple A involved, and they gave me the owner's name. He told me he'd be out the next day and I never heard from him. I had to call Triple A again, and he came back. There weren't enough sandbags and the tarp was flapping in the wind. They didn't do it properly after all of that.

Rytech crew did not arrive until the sun had set and darkness was falling as they applied the tarp, so I do not know how they got quality photos that were sent to my insurance company. I do not believe they sent quality photos, since I did not see then.

The technicians were very nice people but they came on a dark rainy day and I do not think they were able to see very well. They covered the areas with a tarp but it was blown off because of the wind. I do not think it was installed properly because my insurance estimator came to check and he said it was not covered properly.
