I had 2 previous estimates. The companies stated that the roof was leaking, causing mold throughout the house and that the walls, floors, kitchen cabinets and bathroom tile would need to be removed and replaced. This would end up with high 5 figure costs. But when Victor Cervantes came out he observed that it was a surface mold. He noticed that the walls were dry. ( My home inspector said the roof was not leaking). Victor's estimate was reasonable, he scheduled the work and completed it on time. What a relief to deal with an honest, reliable company!

They did a good job. The only negative comment is they never showed up when they said they would. They were always a little late. If they said they would arrive between 8 and 9 they would arrive around 9:30. If that’s a problem for you, choose someone else.
