Rytech was offered and organized by my insurance provider. I believe this constrained them in doing their service. Also, I was not present for the process. Therefore hard for me to strongly recommend Rytech because of my lack of intimate knowledge of the project.

My technician, Dustin, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was excellent with his communication; he always clarified everything, making sure I understood everything that was going on and always confirmed when he was on his way to the home.

The initial introduction to Rytech was very poorly described. I have had my first insurance claim ever. She showed up the day after I talked to my insurance company. She said she was sent by my insurance company. She asked me to sign a blank iPad recognizing that she was here. What she didn't tell me was that I was signing that I was responsible for any and all charges that Rytech made against my claim. She did not disclose that to me until all of the work was completed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'd like to mention that I cannot find my husband's jewelry box, but I can't say what happened to it. I can say when it comes to fixing things to be back to the way they were before, I had a problem. I have no light for my desk. There's no cord for the light anymore. We had a special cord, but the cord is gone. They were supposed to be back here two weeks ago today to fix things they left undone. They have not shown up yet. I have not called them again. I don't intend to call them again. When I did talk to him, he said, "My sister and I were there when they finished up." You told me to sign a paper in order to submit it, so I signed it with my first name only. You can see I was in a bind.
