The initial introduction to Rytech was very poorly described. I have had my first insurance claim ever. She showed up the day after I talked to my insurance company. She said she was sent by my insurance company. She asked me to sign a blank iPad recognizing that she was here. What she didn't tell me was that I was signing that I was responsible for any and all charges that Rytech made against my claim. She did not disclose that to me until all of the work was completed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'd like to mention that I cannot find my husband's jewelry box, but I can't say what happened to it. I can say when it comes to fixing things to be back to the way they were before, I had a problem. I have no light for my desk. There's no cord for the light anymore. We had a special cord, but the cord is gone. They were supposed to be back here two weeks ago today to fix things they left undone. They have not shown up yet. I have not called them again. I don't intend to call them again. When I did talk to him, he said, "My sister and I were there when they finished up." You told me to sign a paper in order to submit it, so I signed it with my first name only. You can see I was in a bind.
