The insurance company sent Rytech.

During my process, Rytech was very good about answering my questions. This was my first time dealing with something like this, so I didn't know what to expect. They were good at keeping me informed and were patient with me.

Insulation in my crawl space was pulled down and not put back into place. I didn’t know this until we had a termite inspection in our crawl space last week, and inspector showed me pictures of insulation.

They did a great job, were here on time, and very professional. Overall, it was a really good.

Rytech Restoration of Nashville did an amazing job. They came in, finished the work in a timely manner, and my place looks better than even before they completed the restoration. They were very patient with me through a difficult time when I had to have a restoration. They were awesome.

@ team members show up at home to address water remediation. Took some pictures, told us that they would have to turn of all power and retrieve a generator to power their equipment. They left to get generator and never returned. Next day did not hear from them until late in day. they said they could not get generator to run. I told them not to come back and called Servpro. Tred to call Rytech and both telephone numbers did not work. This includes the emergency number. Could not leave message.

They were great, communicating with me the entire time. They were pretty good at all they did, including checking for moisture.

They did not clean up mold as promised

Very good with cleanup of materials. Good at explaining things and keeping us updated.

We had an issue at one of our properties, and Rytech's response time was tremendous. They did a fantastic job. Rytech is one of our preferred companies to call on.

I was unable to receive responses after having left numerous messages.

Joshua was personable. But in the end, he underestimated the damage to insurance company. This caused a very small offer to cover the obvious damage. But insurance was pleased. Not consumer friendly.

The project representative was hesitant to provide contract information. This was upon initial signing and at the close out the job. Multiple request needed to be made to obtain both pieces of information.

I wasn't happy with some of my personal information being shared with the neighbor.

They were amazing very friendly, very efficient, very communicative, very knowledgeable, and affordable as well.

They were professional and timely and would call if anything changed and someone couldn't make it.

I would not recommend Rytech of Middle Tennessee to a friend because they do not handle their customer service very well.

They need better structure. They have no structure and need better communication. That is why we hired them. I have no idea how to tell them to be better. If I knew how to do it, I would have done it myself.

They are great! They showed up so quickly and it was a Sunday. They were very professional and did a great job, and even cleaned up after themselves. And spent the time to go over everything with us and always came when they said they would. I was very impressed with this crew.

I had another contractor come out to look at the project first, and was very unsatisfied with them. So, I called Rytech of Middle Tennessee instead!
