When the living room had water damage, Rytech Restoration of Southern Hillsborough told us that we just needed to dry out the water. However, we were not able to make the repairs. We had to pay out of pocket to replace all the rotten panels. The insurance company would pay for the replacement because Rytech said that the replacement was not necessary. They did their job about checking the humidity levels. But when we removed the panels, there was fungus inside of the walls. It just really hurt us that they told the insurance company that we did not need to replace the paneling.

Sent bt insurance Co. NO choice as to who did the clean up. Job completed ok.

Rytech did a fine job, but they sent me a bill that I didn't pay because the insurance company sent money directly to them. I tried to call them, but they never called me back.

In general, I was very pleased with the service I received and the professionalism displayed by the company representatives.

My elderly mother-in-law lives in our condo, and we are out of state. A leak from the outside sprinklers caused a lot of damage in our unit. Rytech was able to get out there the same day and remove damaged carpet and set up dehumidifiers and air purifiers. Cody ( I think was his name ) communicated with us promptly and in detail on what he was doing to mitigate the damage and mold. As we were trying to figure out who would pay for this, Rytech was understanding, while we eventually got the COA to foot the bill.

I am likely to recommend Rytech Restoration because they did an excellent job. They were here promptly, when the accident happened they were here within 4 or 5 hours.

They were professional and did a great job.

The technician, Cody, was great; he cared about what was happening with my home and was very professional. He would periodically check the moisture levels after the work was done. They had my back with the insurance issues. The insurance adjuster was trying to lie to Rytech and not pay. There were billing issues with the insurance, and Rytech handled everything.

They were very friendly, professional, and accommodating!
