The manager that came out was very unprofessional and wanted to charge us more. I would not recommend them.
I felt that they were a little overly aggressive in seeking mold and mildew. They tore out an excessive amount of materials. In other areas, they didn't tear out enough material. I had to have a contractor come back and remove more of the ceiling that was still wet.
Things just don't always add up with y'all. You don't show up when you say you are going to. I love your your technician, but I'm not happy.
Jonathan, Gabby, Hunter, and Samuel were professional. (Also, the lady that I paid the initial Remediation invoice to.). It’s been a pleasure dealing with all of them. I have high expectations and they all delivered.
Rytech Texas Gulf Coast provided very good, dependable service.
Outside of anything to do with water, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Not experts in anything else and the quality of work was not made a priority.
The Project Manager of the Pack In and Pack Out part of the company was professional and timely. The Restoration part of the company lacked professionalism and scheduling of work in a timely manner. Some days no work was scheduled at all but I didn't find out there would be no workers until I called, and I wouldn't know when they were supposed to arrive. My house should have been repaired by now and It's still not completed. It's hard to contact the main office. The office does not return calls and the Project Manager for restoration does not return calls, check his texts nor check the worker's work. I still have some items that need to be on the punch out check list for completion. I sent him a message with pictures yesterday and it's 5:35 p.m. October 12th and I've still not heard from him.
Rytech Texas Gulf Coast was very attentive throughout the process.
They were fast.
They were consistent and timely.
They respond very quickly and come in time. They came in less than an hour.
They had a fast response and provided good service.
They did a good job and did what they needed to do.
They did a good job, and were prompt and courteous.
The service is pretty good. They are responsible.
There was supposed to be remediation. It was an emergency visit I paid for, which was fine, but it took them a week to do anything, so the water damage just sat there. I'm a little disappointed that it took a week for them to do anything. They didn't do that much either. The damage continued to build for seven days before they did anything.
The water reclamation crew was extremely helpful and took care of the job in an efficient and quick manner.
They broke furniture and stood on them.
The crew was professional, had integrity, performed the worked efficiently, and kept us informed. They did a great job!
The crew was very respectful of my space. They worked with my schedule and completed the work to a satisfactory degree.
The technicians did a good job and left everything clean. It was great customer service.
Stay away from using this company. Liberty Mutual Insurance said this is the company they use. This was the only reason we used them. Not a 24/7 response company. More like 3 or 4 days. Had flooding and was told it would be 3 or 4 days before they would do anything. They caused more structural damage removing the baseboards to the sheetrock that wasn't damaged from the flood.
They were very professional and explained everything to me so that I understood it.
It is overpriced, but they have good customer service.
the came out did the work and took the trash.
