They did excellent work and did it in a timely manner. The deck looks beautiful.

All employees were very professional and pleasant in my dealings with them. The black mold issue was taken care of in 1-day. I didn't understand that they would not be replacing my utility room when they were done. I didn't understand why HVAC & plumbing had to be called for replacement of dryer vent. I have been unable to use my laundry room for 4 months.

The quality of work is good, but their communication is really poor.

We experienced a fire that totaled our home. S. Robideau Construction was with us from the day of the fire for closing up the home, with FRSTeam helping to inventory and box house contents that could be saved and storing them until we could move back home. Scott, the contractor, and his crew helped us with the rebuild, step by step from beginning to end when we were allowed to move back home. There were delays, mostly due to COVID-19, but all in all the crew and subcontractors were professional and courteous. This process also allowed us to do a few modifications and upgrades within our budget. Overall the experience was great.

Robideau Construction was awesome from start to finish! We had some water damage in our basement from the sewer backing up. The project manager - Scot was great, he was able to explain everything that needed to be accomplished in detail, the time needed for completion, and cost estimates.The various tradesmen that fixed our home were definitely knowledgeable and professional. Anytime I had questions they were always willing to explain what was going on and always updated us on the work and how its progress was coming.The level of quality of their workmanship is superb and definitely TOP TIER. Our basement looks 100% better than before the water damage occurred. We highly recommend this contractor to anyone considering their high quality workmanship, professional staff, and reasonable pricing.

Quite honestly, no. We felt like we had to manage whether or not they were actually doing what they said on the estimate. We caught several discrepancies, and once brought to their attention, most were taken care of.

S. Robideau is extremely professional, courteous and timely. We only have good things to say about their staff as well as their craftsmanship. Will highly recommend them to others in need of construction and water damage repair.

I am really impressed with the quality of their work, especially the rebuild of the water-damaged window frame. And they did a beautiful job of blending the new work in. Amazing for a 105-year-old house.

S. Robideau Construction was fantastic, everything they did was great! They kept me in the loop in terms of when things were going to happen, and what was going on. I highly recommend S. Robideau to anyone looking for a quality company to help them with their home improvements.

It took forever to get the job completed, it was a full 8 months before the project was done. The insurance company had to step in to get them to continue to move along on the job. I was happy with the workmanship, but not happy with the time it took to complete the job. There were even a few times they did not show for appointments. I felt I was pushed to the back burner.

They were friendly and they did a good job. They were also very helpful in responding to our questions.

The two miscommunications on understanding the quote from the insurance company even though I was there to explain it and they didn't clean up. They were also slow.

Progress initially seemed to go slower than I expected, but, then, it was a busy time of the year for all the participants in this process, so I am not concerned considering that the end product is fabulous! I could not be more pleased with the workmanship and skill of those at Robideau. Thank you all.

They are the best construction firm I ever dealt with since I moved in my house in 1977.

We were extremely disappointed in the work done by S. Robideau. Communication felt difficult and at times unclear. There was accidental damage to our home during the duct work cleaning that was not mentioned at the time of incident. The difficult communication continued with our insurance company (in regard to the damaged items in our home) and our claim was delayed. Overall bad experience, based on this I would not recommend their services.
