We got quotes from four other companies. After doing research, we knew we wanted an Owens Corning roof. So I decided to grab one more quote from S&S, who happens to be near where I work. They blew everyone else out of the water in terms of price, communication (timely), and honestly commitment to community. They were sponsoring a school supply drive for our local District. It was a no-brainer…we are going with the folks that support community. S&S showed up on time everyday and even finished ahead of schedule.

S&S Roofing took the time and effort to address fit and finish items no other roofing company I have used delivered as well as having the lowest bid on a job with even higher warranty and value characteristics.I highly recommend them (and have to anyone that asked).The invoice for final payment did take a little while to receive simply because the team at S&S were still working to finalize "inspection" items that were listed by their quality engineer. They came out after the project completion a few times, then confirmed with me by phone that all was satisfactory and accurate before they would invoice!

Great company! Bid was comparable to others but their knowledge and attention to detail I our estimate process made them the easy choice. Constant communication on scheduling as we worked around weather and constantly checking in thought the entire process to make sure we were satisfied and if we had any questions.

I live an a townhome and we have a tile roof. This is the first time that S&S Roofing did a tile roof and they did an excellent job. They were very good and keep us informed. I am very happy.

Would highly recommend if your just doing roofing only. If you speak Spanish then that would be a plus. The contractors they used to install facia boards has issues and gutters did a decent job but communication and follow thru is bad unless you get upset.

They addressed my concerns professionally and as quickly as they could. They were very courteous.

S&S did a great job ! We had a few things we needed to adjust and agree upon but overall we feel they did a great job especially considering they had just reopened since the shut down.

Did an excellent job at a good price. I had purchased wood to do some other work and there were good enough to use that wood and give me credit for towards the bill. I think that is pretty unusual these days. Laborers on the job were friendly and very professional.

We were very pleased with our roof, gutter and solar tube installation overall. The roof looks fantastic and I'm thrilled with the difference the solar tube made in our internal bathroom. If anything could be improved it would be their internal communication. There were a few times I was told how something would happen and then the people doing the work didn't know anything about it, or that someone would get back to me with an answer to my question and the workman just showed up without prior notice. I'm home mostly so it wasn't a problem, but if I were at work or away it could have caused issues. Of course this was all in the midst of Covid 19 quarantine and changes so not the usual business atmosphere. The bid I received from S&S was the most complete and lowest by a small margin from the next lowest company. Overall though I felt the product offered was superior and there were no change orders on the other than the ones I initially requested. We had 4 bids altogether.

Estimate was reasonable and explanation for additional work if needed were made clear prior to service.All follow-up communication was excellent.Came in at a reasonable price and am very happy with how it looks.

If I had a problem with the workmanship, it would be different. I think the workmanship outweighs the administrative part. I didn't like how the front office ran their show. The crew did a good job, and I got a good product.
