We have built several houses with local and national builders. Our experience with Saussy Burbank was by far the smoothest and easiest because they work as a team, want a satisfied repeat customer, and communicate clearly throughout the build process. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I think they used a good product and aim to please the customer. There has been good communication throughout, and I have been impressed with how they have stayed on track so far.

Danielle and Jack are such a powerhouse team. I worked mostly with Danielle, but knew Jack was always available if Danielle wasn’t. She is not only so well versed with the options Saussy Burbank provides, but she makes a concerted effort to know what’s going on in the community and can speak to both with such clarity. She took all the guesswork out of what we were buying. Both Jack and Danielle were communicative and available every step of the way. We rarely wondered where we were at in the process because they were calling to check in before we could even wonder! They represent the company exceptionally well and every home builder should have a team like them!

This house was already completed at the time we purchased it but everyone we dealt with at and after the purchase were extremely helpful and professional. The site manager (Connor Coons) was great to work with and took care of all of our questions in a very timely manor.

Our Saussy Burbank home was a completed home so we cannot comment on the full process of selecting options. We do enjoy the our home and the process of purchasing it was smooth.

Some of the work in the house is a bit sloppy, felt like it was rushed on some of the paint, windows, doors, etc.

Since I moved 4 months ago. There are several issues that keep coming up cabinets electricity and windows! The townhome shaken when heavy trucks go by the street. The window issues may have been caused by the shaking. At this point I wonder if the foundation was improperly done. I call the guarantee number and nobody called me back.

Customer Suggestion - From a design standpoint, SB placed certain appliances or other features that we would have expected to see in a lesser priced home. Specifically, the dishwasher, oven and microwave are something we might expect in a starter home, vs. a $1MM+ home. Plastic toilet seats (Connor fixed that and had better quality ones installed) The electrical architecture was a bit lacking. Switch locations, particularly for the ground floor, are only located on that ground floor, meaning we have to go downstairs to turn off many of the exterior lights. Most homeowners in this neighborhood (including us) have a golf cart, and an extra refrig or freezer or two downstairs. Larger voltage plugs and breakers as standard install would have been nice. (I'm paying to have that additional capacity added)

Have lived in a Saussy Burbank home for the past 22 years and have been satisfied with its performance. Like the high ceilings and open plan design.

Their customer service was really great. They responded to questions in a timely manner. They did a video call with me to do a walk through of the home.

We really enjoyed our experience with Saussy Burbank. From the initial tour with Kim, working with the design center and our intersections with Frank, we’re all very pleasant and professional.

Understand Building Process - We have not heard where our house is in the building process. Electrical was to be completed the week after Christmas. Though don’t believe that has happened.
