I was satisfied with the job they did.

I thought they were great. At times, it was hard to contact them, I understand they are so busy, it wasn't a major problem. That was the only negative. It would be nice if they got back to their clients more quickly.

Savage Restoration has to be the best contractors I and my family have ever worked with. They are fantastic with communication, quality of work and there entire staff is amazing. They treat your home like its there home. I would highly recommend them and we will always be using them in the future for any of our home needs.

They were so good, courteous, and put you at ease. I am older and they came in to check everything and be sure they took care of everything. They saw things the first mitigator did not and they turned a bad experience into a good one. They restored my faith in people. My brother is totally disabled. They had until the 30th of December, and they knew my brother's time was limited. If this was his last Christmas, I wanted him to enjoy it. They worked hard to get the work done in time. He got to have his room back before going back to the hospital. I love this company because they gave my brother a last chance to see his room. It meant the world to my family. Thank you to Savage. It started with Bill Savage at the top, and Dustin worked hard to spend Christmas in his room and he did. I thank them for pushing to get this done. The materials and room look so beautiful. Dustin worked for hours, including early and late. I thank Allstate for sending them to me. I could never get anyone better. I've had such bad jobs done in my house, and they restored my faith in these companies. They got it done right the first time. Our Christmas was spent in a hospital, but this Christmas was made special because of the company.

the initial clean up was not done to my expectations debris from sewer was left on floor. repairs to my basement were not done in a timely manner. I had to keep calling to see when the next phase would be done and even then they wouldn't show up when they said they would, kept saying they were coming from a distance which is not my concern you have a contract you have to take care of it. Painters were very sloppy and unprofessional. i was told carpet would be installed on a friday they never showed up, finally at 4:30 was told said he ran late but never notified me after wasting a day of work waiting around. then i was told he would be there monday and didnt show till wednesday, I had to hound them to get them in, and when the carpet installer showed up i asked him what happened he said it was never on his schedule for friday and that he had just picked up the carpet the night before, so they are lairs as well. i have used serve pro in the past and they were much more efficient and professional.

Totally satisfied with their service. Very respectful to me.
