Communication wasn't always as prompt as I hoped but being in construction myself I understand there are alot of factors that play into response time. With that said, they did a great job! They had great craftsmanship with the small details and did the job in a timely matter. Cleaned up well every night and brought any issues that needed to be addressed to our attention. Thanks again!

Schaeffer provided one of the best home contracting experiences I have had in 20 yrs of home ownership. They only work on one home at a time, meaning no worries about a contractor starting a job and working on it every day until the job is done. There is alot to be said to be working with a company where the owner of the company is also the crew lead. The quality that comes from that type of attention is hard to beat.
