Working with Pacific Bath for our shower remodel was an enjoyable experience, especially knowing that Costco is backing each project through its partnership with Pacific Bath and Kohler. Installers were skilled professionals. We were kept updated at all times.

Workmen were prompt, friendly, professional and they did a fantastic job. And they cleaned everything up when the job was finished.

With custom baths, you get what you pay for. We paid for Kohler quality and that's exactly what we got with Pacific Bath. Quality sales, quality materials, quality installation. Nothing but the best from Pacific Bath.

From the sales presentation to installation, everything was professional and timely. We are very pleased with the results.

Too many negative things to mention.

I would recommend Pacific Bath and their products to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Forget the tile and grout. This is the way to go. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I found the installers to be very helpful and pleasant. At one point when cleaning up they threw my entry mat outside where it got dirty and rained on and created a big mess. In spite of this minor inconvenience, I found James and Jeremiah to be helpful and knowledgable and I appreciate their work.

Really appreciate the upgraded quality of the Kohler shower now as opposed to our first shower. We like them both but appreciate the newer version.

I liked the quality of the materials.

The crew was friendly and wanted to make sure my house was protected during the construction which was great.Here is the but though, I showed the installer examples of what I was wanting and expecting of the silicone sealing and it was the complete opposite. There was and still is silicone everywhere. I had to sand off all silicone from the ceiling and repaint all the brand new paint and now I don't have the straight lines it would have had if not for the overuse of silicone and proper applying. Having a crew with great customer service and great features of the product installed doesn't help a person over look a bad install. I probably won't recommend to anyone unfortunately.

In-Home Sales

In-Home Sales - Sales man was knowledgeable and friendly but he only sold me on the product "HE" wanted to sell. The only option he gave me was the stone but didn't go over what options for shower door or shower heads etc etc. He basically said I'm going to install this and that. Then if I didn't sign right then and there I wouldn't have got the discount. Forcing a sale and unfortunately I fell for it.

Expert installation of quality product

The entire experience from beginning to end was excellent from the first phone call, to the representative that came and the fabulous crew that installed my beautiful shower. I have already recommended your company to a friend and upon seeing my beautiful shower and hearing my recommendation she was going to your show room. I will continue to recommend your company to anyone wanting to have a beautifully remodel bathroom.

Quality showers installed by knowledgeable professionals

We like the look of the finished shower and the quality of the materials.

The installers were exemplary. They described the process as they went along and asked for our input when needed. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Furthermore, they were kind, friendly, and made the entire process worry free and, actually, enjoyable. We would have them back any day! Also, the quality of the materials used is excellent and guaranteed.

We chose the calacatta crema option for our shower. When the salesperson brought samples we took the sample in to our bathroom and looked at it under our lighting and we liked it. After the install, our shower looks pink and purple, the only help we got was advice to get brighter lighting. We aren't pleased with the product or how it turned out.

Installation unexceptable asked for an inspector to come out no response 20K down the drain

Outstanding work

My shower is perfect.

Other than a delay caused by miscommunication of the end product design and installation measurements by the in-home sales person (which was resolved without incident) which caused and unwanted delay we will recommend Pacific Bath to our friends and acquaintances.

The quality of the product is high, and they did it in the time they said it would take.

Quality of work seems great and the install team was wonderful but I’m having a door handle issue and so far they have not gotten back to me though they said they would by now. Final grade really yet to be determined

Cost was high, but done in two days with good quality

Not enough information. Are we goid to go? Asked for discount for taking longer than expected. Leaving us without a shower over weekend. After snow, no one called or showed. No idea when or how my payments are due.

Excellent customer service.

We live in a "spec" house, it was not custom built to anyone's specific needs. The new shower stall exceeds building construction in new houses. A few friends have taken a good long look at your excellent work. Fifty per cent of the residents of the 150 houses in this neighborhood are owned and lived in by retired persons. They have listened and watched.
A second thought is the safety of washing lower legs: I can put a foot on the bench and hold on to the safety bars as well as the hand held shower head.

The project took over a year, required me to spend 13k getting new water heaters contrary to what we were told. Communication with local management was also misleading. I was told that the installation of the new water heaters would be cover but was not

Luxe stone and quick installation are great selling points

Three people have asked me about our experience. I sung your praises pretty loudly.

Staff were courteous, prompt and careful. They explained what they planned to do. Our almost final product differed a little from what we were sold, but for a good structural reason.

Quick empty, comfortable seat, easy access

Tell the buyer to really take their time to inspect the work in and around the area. Don't sign the final paperwork in the bathroom. Know more about the cleaning products that are safe to use and when you say you are going to give the customer a free bottle of cleaner, follow through on that. Overall, it was a good experience. Nice, communicative installers. fixed the things that were wrong. Like the lifetime warrenty.

Very fast and efficient process. Our install was even done while we had houseguests and they were not bothered at all. Having only a 2-3 day downtime before full use of the bathroom was amazing.

The salesperson looked at the job very carefully. Took pictures and made measurements. He assured us there would be no problems. He was wrong. Our hot water tank is too small (50 gallons) to fill the tub to a usable level with hot water. We now have an expensive walk-in tub that's unusable.

It was time for my wife and I to start thinking of the future, even though we are still very active we knew that day could come that getting in and out of a tub could be challenging. We had a walk-in shower installed. It is beautiful and very high quality with all the amenities you could ever want.

The original installation had a couple minor issues that needed to be addressed (poor patching job on ceiling and a loose shelf) It has taken multiple calls, missed appointments and not having correct parts and still not fully resolved over a month later.
