I wouldn't recommend Seci to my worst enemy. From start to finish I felt very pressured. I've never received that kind of "hard sell" from anyone. Normally I run the other way when someone pressures me like that, but Seci came recommended by someone I know so I decided to go ahead. It seemed that the person I was dealing with was under an EXTREME amount of pressure from his boss to make a quota of sales, etc. And from there it went downhill... pressuring me to replace the siding on my house, more than doubling the price of the job, pressuring me to pay them (as if people normally have an extra $20k laying around)....

SECI is a top quality roofer. This is the second house they did for me. Hank is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you are in the market it’s definitely worth a meeting with him. He explains the entire process. They are platinum certified with Owen’s Corning and you get a 50 year transferable warranty. Everything was replaced and new from vents to pipe seals. It’s a top quality job. They do not cut any corners and a roof is certainly a job you want done right. I highly recommend this company. In fact I’ve already sent them several referrals. You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend Seci Construction. They re-roofed my house in 12 hours and the next day installed new rain gutters to finish the job. Their salesman explained the benefits of Owens Corning and their install team of 8 roofers worked seamlessly with each other.There was no damage to any flowers or plants. The owner of the company even came out to inspect the work as it progressed.

The workmanship was pretty good in some areas.

I would recommend them if they were more responsible for the cleanup. They were very nice and cooperative. I have not received the warranty. I am not sure how long that takes, but it has already been three months. After I receive the warranty, I will be able to recommend them. I have to see the overall performance first. I have called their person, Mark, and he said they were still working on it in the office when I called. It has been three weeks, and they have not gotten back to me. I am not sure what is taking them so long.

SECI construction addressed all of our concerns and the installation of the roof was done in a professional manner. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work.

I interviewed multiple roofing companies. This company was the most responsive, had the best prices, and they were done in 3 days. It was amazing.

The quality of work was good. Abut SECI failed to get the warranty from Owens Corning company. I called them several times with no response.Finally I contacted Owens Corning and got my warranty. So on this note they must follow this process diligently.

The job appraiser came out and sold me on how professional their crew was, that all leaks would be taken care of and the entire job site would be cleaned up. After the first rainstorm I had a leak right where I told them that there was a problem. They did come out promptly to address but the leak ended up from a siding issue and I was told that it wasn't their problem. Also they promised the site would be cleaned up and I have picked up well over 25 nails in the yard. My last issue was getting the warranty issued from them, it took several calls over three months before I got the warranty(which was the main reason I went with them). On the positive side they did show up when promised and finished the job promptly. With the 50 year transferable warranty I feel that if I do have any issues with the roof that it will be addressed.

The initial meeting was professional and the sales representative was knowledgeable, the work was completed on time and now, unfortunately, we're experiencing leaks a few months after and waiting for it be resolved. We now have issues with the inside of the home.

Seci Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was very hard working and professional. Customer service was superb. The owner, Akil Seci, was immediately available to address any concerns that I had.I had a concern about replacing all of the plywood, which was recommended by the crew foreman, Eddie. Our house was built in 1974, and the plywood was 3/8 inch. After some deliberation, I decided to go with the recommendation for 5/8 inch plywood. This is Seci's standard for plywood replacement, which added significant more cost to the project than 1/2 inch plywood, which is what other contractors would have used.The project was projected to be completed in one day, but it ultimately took 3 days. This was due to the plywood replacement.The clean up of our property was excellent. One downside is that the dumpster remained in front of our house for nearly 5 days after the project was completed. Completion of project was on a Wednesday, and the dumpster was not removed until the following Monday.

I checked with quite a few companies and I am glad I chose SECI, very nice and professional people to work with.

Fast, friendly and professional roofers. Overall I am happy with the end results and quality of the job, but did have an issue where my decking had to be completely replaced. A few years prior I had all my attic insulation blown in and around 60 soffit vent baffles installed to keep my soffits from getting clogged and allow for airflow. The roofers didn't pay attention to them and replaced all the decking without reinstalling the baffles leaving me to reinstall everything afterwards and to clear my now semi-obstructed soffit vents. SECI offered to send their crew into my attic, but none of the guys knew what to do so I felt more comfortable doing the annoying and tedious work myself, but everything worked out in the end. The last issue which is supposedly out of their hands is I still do not have my warranty paperwork and it's been 10+ months since the job was done and I've call every 3 months inquiring where everything is.

They were all around a very professional company from Hank who came to propose the job all the way through to the completion of the job.

I was completely satisfied with SECI Construction from start to finish. The representative fully explained their product and company, and supplied me with information and brochures to review. He explained why the 7 part Owens Corning Roofing System is one of the top systems in the industry by far. The estimate I got included the tear-off of the 50+ year roof of a 3 car garage plus an additional roof of an attached room, any repairs needed for each roof, new facia boards, and all new gutters and leaders. A set date was given for the work to begin, which was within 1 week, and the foreman showed up a day before to go over all work that was to be performed. The work crew arrived on time with all material, were extremely professional and organized, and completed the job in 6 hours despite having very harsh weather conditions to contend with. The foreman then walked around the job with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and the site was clean. The price of the job was very fair especially considering the quality of the work and product, and was below some estimates I received that did not include the extra work SECI provided. A short time later I received a Warranty Packet from Owens Corning with my warranty information. This warranty turned out to be much superior to other product warranties. I was very pleased with SECI Construction and would highly recommend them.

Hank Jenkins spent quite some time explaining the system they used and explained it in such a way that it all made sense. He was very concise and explained everything from the product, to the job, to the date and what the estimate would and would not cover. The job foreman Achilles (not sure of the spelling) made sure everything ran smoothly and always checked with me if there was a question about something. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure the job was done right and the site was completely clean when the work was done. He and his crew are to be commended for doing a great job in such bad weather conditions. The temperature was around 40 degrees all day with winds around 50 miles per hour. Thanks guys!

The crew was great. Although they ran short on the shingles, they stayed till someone showed up with more and finished the job the same day even though the daylight had faded. Everyone on the construction crew were courteous and hard working. The following day the next crew showed up to install my new gutters and downspouts. It was funny watching my neighbors what in disbelief that my new roof was done the same day it was started. lol I will definitely be recommending Seci Construction to others needing a new roof. I had cheaper quotes on the same Owens Corning system. I went with SECI because of the 50-year warranty. My roof was installed June 10, 2016. Despite 5 phone calls to SECI and 5 promises from them, I have not received my warranty or any evidence that my warranty is in effect. Today is October 24, 2016.
