U.S. Exterior by Seidel is a great great company. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing.

I can't seem to change the rating from three stars but I would rate them 4 stars. I talked with a lot of companies when looking for a price and they were the most professional and pursued the job. We were lucky to have decent weather in December and they could complete the siding job.

I was incredibly grateful to Seidel for their help in working with my insurance company. They took all of the stress out of that. The roof looks beautiful. Sure there were the few little things like stuff fell off the roof and broke some bushes, but, I think that's pretty minimal of an issue. There was a far greater issue with the crew damaging our gutters. Udo was amazingly responsive to my concerns and went above and beyond to address the issue.

I would recommend Udo and I have recommended him several times.

Professional & Organized - They were organized and clean. If you ever had any questions Udo was a phone call away. He answered his phone almost every time I called and if he did not, he responded very quickly.

The initial U.S. Exterior rep came out and insisted on doing a complete gutter change, while the insurance company would only authorize the section damage. K-Guard having no rep in the area at the time of the storm damage left me no help until U.S. Exterior came into the picture. For several months the battle between U.S. Exteriors and the insurance company, prolonged the repairs into Nov. When all was resolved their was very little communication as to when the project was going to begin. It took a few calls on my part to obtain a start date. This whole situation has left a bad taste with me concerning U.S. Exteriors.

I would recommend them to anyone.

I was happy when they did a full re-roof, but an error by solar panel installers meant a few shingles needed to be quickly replaced. I felt I needed to stick with Seidel for the repair. At $180 per hour for 2 hours ($360 total) to install a few replacement shingles, this felt like an unreasonable price, but I also had no real choice, so went with it.

This was our first big home project – roof, siding and gutter replacement. It was a big financial investment and we are happy we chose the team at US Exterior by Seidel. They were instrumental in working with our insurance company to maximize the amount covered by insurance. They handled basically the entire process and helped us receive a very fair result. They have a designer available to help give you ideas. This was especially helpful to my wife and I having not gone through this process before. They were very responsive to questions we had throughout the project. As work as being completed, the crew was extremely professional. They delivered a great result and we love how our home looks.

They are very easy to work with & very considerate. They tried to their best, there were a few misunderstandings but overall it was a very good experience, I would recommend them to friends and family. Their Salesperson is great, he was nice, approachable and considerate.

US Exterior did a beautiful update of the siding on my house. After having them replace my gutters 2 years ago I had them come back and replace all my windows and siding. The house never looked better.

My 50 plus home looks updated, fresh and beautiful.
