I would definitely recommend them.

They did a real good job, and I am totally satisfied.

The windows and sliders they did for us were 100%. The communication on the roof and HVAC was not that good.

Everybody was just on top of everything. Mark was great. He was very communicative. He communicated well and was very polite in a helpful way.

They came quickly and got the job done as quickly as needed. However, they failed to do as promised and replace certain areas where there was badly rotten wood under the shingle with new wood as promised, and they left me with a safety hazard by failing to reinstall the sparkle arrestor on the chimney top. They also threw the roofing materials down, destroying my flower garden.

I think I was overcharged. I will pay what I owe.

He was supposed to have a sign out front while the work was being done. But, nobody put the sign. The company's name and all of that would be on it. I mentioned it to the guy and nothing ever happened with that.

I wish someone would come back to inspect the house since the homeowner is not a qualified inspector. With my untrained eye, I found a few issues that the company came back to fix, but I wish there had been an actual inspection done so I can be assured that the work was done correctly.
