I know that a lot of people worry about getting work done during the sell of a house but I was under contract and actually had the house sold before the roof got replaced and everything was taken care of in a timely manner and with the new owners and everything. Sales did a great job with replacing the roof and repairing all the other things that insurance found wrong with the house. It was a condition of the sale to get the roof replaced and they did everything above and beyond my expectations and the buyers expectations.
