The work was well done, but the cleanup is not as well done.

No one ever told me that they were going to be taking my tax refund from the government for my solar and I think that that’s fraudulent and pretty messed up
When they finally got to do the job, they did it well. Their process just seems too long. There was very little communication. You don't know what they are doing, and then all of a sudden, they are ready to go.

From the beginning to the final inspection, we were kept informed of the project 's progression by Tim Auburt. His crews were laser- focused on project completion while attending to quality performance in the completion of their work. After the project was completed, the clean-up was exceptional. Our project was completed in the agreed upon time frame.

Roofing was done quickly with great communication. Solar took longer and lacked communication until I called to see what was going on. I think the quality is very good but that remains to be seen.
I would probably recommend you but the communication was a big issue for me. I should not have had to use customer service to get info on my project.
I appreciate the work that the workers did, but I am not happy with the quality of the work. I did not pay a premium price for subcontractors. If I am paying a premium price, I expect the company's direct employees to perform the installation, not subcontractors. However, the work was fine, but I did have an issue with the price that was paid, and if I were paying for contractors, the price should have been significantly less.
