Area Of Satisfaction - The professionalism, the conscientiousness of the contractors to give their best to do their particular phase of the restoration process and keeping us in the loop throughout their process and explain the next stage by other contractors and constantly being patient with us as we called and asked questions and voiced our concerns.

When a client has just went through a fire and the employees come and were laughing and talking they need to be more sensitive it was a lack of professionalism.
