They were excellent and professional.

This was a disaster from the beginning, promises not kept, schedule not compiled with, pulled all of the equipment when there was still water in the basement and to top it all off, in order to get insurance money I had to sign in a document that the work was done satisfactorily or they would not send invoice to insurance company. In addition, there was a charge for taking materials to the dump and there was a rolloff in the driveway they were using to dispose of stuff.

The gentleman who came to my house has actually been to my home for TWO incidents in 2 years. He could not have been more friendly and helpful during an extremely stressful and scary time. I would recommend them hands down!

I didn't think they did a very good job. They did not steam clean the carpet properly. It was never damp and it still looked dirty afterwards. They were suppose to clean the soot off the picture frames and walls. I have found substantial amounts of soot where they did not clean behind the pictures. Sam came out after the initial cleaning and improved things considerably.

Mitigation of the water damage was expertly done. Packing was great but coordination of the storage unit left much to be desired.

The fire in the apartment above me was devastating enough. I woke up the next morning with an out of this world headache. Long story short I had to leave my apartment for health reasons. ServiceMaster came in cleaned everything that did not get sent to the cleaners. Because I decided to move they packed the contents of my apartment. All that was left for me to do was move it to storage. They wiped down everything. I am an avid book/magazine reader and subscriber. I started to feel guilty because books were everywhere in my small space. Thanks many times over to ServiceMaster.
