Horrible service, caused more damage to our home

The service master associate left the door off the hinges, staples on the wall, and chipped my wall and ceiling.

Everyone was very respectful, courteous, and thorough with their job. I have no complaints.

ServiceMaster - Benevento has been great at communicating with me regarding the remodel of my home. They were efficient and professional in their services, and I really appreciated them.

ServiceMaster has an issue with too many leaders and not enough followers. The manager did not show up to a meeting that we had scheduled the day prior. I felt as if I was doing ServiceMaster's job because I had to call the electrical contractor to schedule their work. It seemed that ServiceMaster waited on me to organized the job. When ServiceMaster return my belongings I found that some had been damaged; I was not warned of my damaged belongings before finding them myself. It took me 3 weeks to get ahold of ServiceMaster before I was compensated for the damages.

They did extra stuff when they didn't need to. It left me high and dry.

Still a bit confusing process, but grateful for help when needed.. thx

They overcharged my insurance company!

During the initial visit, I spoke with the claim manager and informed him that I was unemployed and would be happy to assist with the work in turn for a reduction in the charges and a credit to my deductible. He agreed and I performed more work than required for the deductible. I was told I would be issued payment for the excess and that never happened. I did get the deductible eliminated, but not paid for the work over and beyond it.

I would redeemed them to anybody. They worked hard. I would like for the 2 blinds in my bedroom to be taken care of.

Of all the people involved in fixing our damage, they were by far the best group. They were in our home within a couple of hours of our call to our insurer, stayed with it for the next few days, and left our home ready for the repairs to be done. Friendly, professional from start to finish.
