I appreciate each and every one of them. They were professional and courteous. They helped me through an emotional and physical I could not ask for more out of any of them.

The two employees showed up and showed us the water damage and then told us the whole course of action. They answered all of our questions. They contacted us to schedule when they would come for each days check on the process. They did exactly what they said would happen in those next 4 days.

They were nice in the beginning, but created more damage then necessary then repairing in some places. Also they would not stick to the quote given.

I am only rating the water restoration portion of my experience with Servicemaster. Joseph was phenomenal. I would rate my experience with trying to work with them for a renovation as 0. It has been pretty much non-existent and 2 months later, I'm still trying to figure out next steps. Looking for a new company to work with.

The work was done in a home I own in Indianapolis IN.

Servicemaster responded immediately when our insurance company contacted them, they were always courteous and thoughtful.

He was very professional, and he gave exceptional customer service. He came out on his own a couple of times to check things. He went above and beyond. I want him to get complimented. An awful experience from beginning to end. There was not a single time during the entire process that I felt appreciated or valued as a customer.

Cleaning of my house after a flooding issue has been an extensive process, but Servicemaster has made it much less painless! They have been wonderful to work with, very helpful, and very professional! They have been very attentive to all details and have done a great job!

Area Of Satisfaction - Everything! Everyone has been great to work with, does their area of expertise well, and has made what could have been a horrendous experience one that has been fairly easy to deal with.

It was unfortunate that we needed the work done the week before Easter. Thankfully, the technicians were very wonderful and understanding, even coming out Easter morning to check if everything was dry. When it came to the weekend, they were very concerned about disruption of the holiday and offered to work around our schedules.
