I would recommend them, but I don't know much about mitigation litigation.

Kevin and his team were absolutely wonderful! They were by my side throughput the whole process....from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage. Great crew!

They are hard workers, but not very good listeners. I told the head guy three times if he would please tell me before they packed stuff. The first time, they packed my mothers' bathroom in my granddaughters stuff. I had to unpack some boxes and remove things. I said, please tell me before you pack anything. Two times after that, they were packing away and didn't even tell me. I was very unhappy about that. They packed the whole bottom half of my kitchen countertops and the cupboards, and that was not necessary. There was some mold under the dishwasher that was repaired by a contractor. I had to clean up before I unpacked all the boxes and put the stuff away. That made me every unhappy. I still have 34 more boxes to unpack. There are some broken items that are replaceable. Yesterday there was a box with oil all over the box. There was a 30 ounces jar of coconut oil on it's side and it leaked out a went all over the packing paper and bubble wrap. I lost my $22.00 bottle of coconut oil.

They brought in 3 fans and a dehumidifier they ran it for around a week, then they removed the top surface of the flooring.......That cost my insurance company around $2,400.00 and for about the same amount we paid to have the floor replaced and tiled???

I am very satisfied with everything that ServiceMaster did.

They cut out my floor using a sawblade 2” too long and cut all my cross beams holding my floor. All my cross members for the floor had to have joists installed and be individually supported because of their negligence.

They took good care of us and were very helpful.

I have already recommended ServiceMaster.

They were punctual, kind, and courteous.

Their honesty is complete lack of concern for the customer. They told the lady that was packing to hurry and she did a horrible job with very breakable stuff. It did get broken. They broke a glass shelf and never bothered to tell us they broke it. Again, their integrity is not worth anything. They are not honest.
