The company came out to my house and installed multiple machines under my house to dry it out. They did not bring any extension cords with them and had to use mine. They had multiple units plugged into the same extension cord on the same circuit. it overloaded my circuit and caused my plug to burn up in my house. They did not resolve this issue. I would not recommend this company if it were the last one available.

Lot of the things we got back was still dirty. We got coffee cups with dried coffee in the bottom of the cup. other things that was just dirty. We had furniture damaged and we still have heard from them about the repair. servial time they didn't come when they were scheduled to come and didn't call to let us know.

I can't give them 0 stars, but I would. Their "main" guy that spoke with me was really nice, somewhat professional, and easy to get in touch with. However, the positive experience stops there. ServiceMaster reps showed up at my home following a house fire. Their guys basically walked in, tore down an entire ceiling in my kitchen (including insulation), without allowing me to move anything in the home - mind you, I had a glass pane cabinet in the kitchen, which was damaged and has yet to be repaired. Insulation got into all my appliances and all over everything in the kitchen. Then, another employee began setting up these huge heaters / blowers to dry out the house - and when I requested that they wait just 24 hrs so we could pack up some valuables and move furniture that wasn't damaged to prevent damage from this process, the guy basically told me that "you're not going to be able to work in here once I start these." He showed zero concern for my belongings. Overall, their employees failed to show any understanding that we had just been through a traumatic event and needed time to pack up our belongings before we worried about all this demolition they wanted to do. I fired them - literally told them to not set foot on my property again. I will NEVER use ServiceMaster for anything else.
