My contact at ServiceMaster, Rob, gave me his cell phone number and I could call him at any time with our problems. We had multiple problems with roof leakage. We had such eminence damage to our house and we are still working on having it get put back together. We lost a third of our house to water damage. ServiceMaster came took care off all of that. Arranged to have the asbestos removed and found me a good contractor to fix the house. I am very, very satisfied with them.

Service Master got to us quickly and turned everything around quickly. They were really easy to deal with. They took care of everything and made it very easy. It was a big mess and they took care of it for us. Once they were done you would have never known that the mess was there.

I think it took about 10 days to get the area dried to their satisfaction. They were here at a prescribed time every day to monitor the drying. Very satisfied with cleaning by Roth.

These guys were awesome! Super easy to work with, always on time, willing to answer every question and did an amazing job as quickly as possible. Not to mention they tried to make the process so it wasn't as inconvenient for us. Our issue was in our bedroom so put us out for awhile, like putting up plastic over the openings even when they were done.Would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was better than expected except the noise of the fans. At first, it was too loud and then I couldn't sleep. Later, I got used to the noise, and couldn't sleep because the noise wasn't there. This is nothing anyone could have prevented, it is just an observation.
