Jeremy the supervisor was extraordinary and great to deal with.

They went out of their way to accommodate my husband and me. My husband is 100% disabled, and they had to accommodate us quite a bit. They did a very good job. They were very respectful, knowledgeable, and explained everything before they did anything. My husband and I both appreciated it. The workers we had from start to finish, were very professional and friendly. They were all-around really good people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Their willingness to address my questions and concerns were answered in a respectful and helpful manner. Their camaraderie with each member of the team created an atmosphere that was pleasant and calming. Their caring attitude was evident as they applied themselves to each job.

They did an excellent and professional job. I was very satisfied with their work. I never had an issue with them. I would definitely recommend them.

I would like to receive information on what ServiceMaster does. I want to know who they are and what they do. I didn't even see who was building the fence. I am not really informed about their company that well.

The ServiceMaster personnel was very helpful and they answered all of my questions. They were professional and they did their best to stick to the agreed upon schedule. The work was more extensive than we originally thought, and they were happy to listen and redo any problems that I found.

Servicemaster did respond quickly, however I had the very strong feeling they couldn't wait to start tearing things out to create the largest possible bill to the insurance company. I was treated like I had no experience and in a condescending tone. I have 45 years of construction management experience and I was highly offended with the way I was treated. On the initial visit, three people showed up. I felt like one person's sole responsibility was to follow me around with a clipboard asking me to sign various contracts and releases and seemed very offended when I wanted to read any the material before I signed.After this experience I will NEVER have Servicemaster (at least this franchise) do any work for me. They did the initial survey, put in a dehumidifier for a week or so, came back after the unit was empty, looked again, informed me that some of the damage was pre existing (DUH!) and they would have to call the insurance co. They treated me like I was an idiot and was going to claim that all the damage was due to the pipe break event. Then, the supervisor was starting to send the two guys to get HazMat suits due to the mold I assume. I had just spent 12 hrs the day before removing tenant debris from the unit and had no ill effects. Im sure they can charge the insurance high rates if they use the hazmat suits. Their bill to the insurance was $975.00 !!!! Seems excessive for a week or so of dehumidifier rent, and maybe 8 manhours at most. This team appeared overly eager to make a big project.

They did a job that I was proud of. They were sensitive to our needs and were very timely and professional.

Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the response of ServiceMaster in our time of need. They made it to our home immediately. I am also satisfied with the manner in which they handled the job. They always let us know when they were coming.

Additional Comments - This is our first emergency as homeowners and this has been a learning experience for me and ServiceMaster did their job well.

Service master ripped up the water damaged floor right away and began the drying out process immediately. The repair work was two weeks out due to their full schedule. But they came in and did the repairs on schedule and very timely.

I would recommend them, but I would fully disclose my experience with them.
