Great Service for a awful situation!

Service Masters was very nice and efficient. They were going through things and making sure everything was okay for the water damaged or noted for repair or replacement. They were also kind when which is always appreciated when this was my first time having something like this happen.

Fast response to my emergency situation. Very nice employee's that work for this company!

Did not finish the job completely. Left kitchen floor half removed and half still partially removed.

ServiceMaster was so professional and made me feel good about what they were going to do to fix our problem. They helped make me feel whole again with all the problems we were having. They were so reassuring. I am thankful for that.

They broke some shelves, but replaced them and that made a difference to me. I was very happy.

This company is wonderful, Finesse (hopefully spelled his name correct?) Was wonderful he came everyday and was thoughtful courteous and knew what he was doing. It really helped to have a professional like him help when home flooded. Thank you. my rating would be 5+ if possible.

They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with for customer service and professionalism They are not able to meet their timeline or deadline that their own people set up.

I wouldn't use them again.

They were very nice and polite, but when it came to cleaning the smoke damage to the walls, we had to go over it our selves and re-clean them.
