Floor was removed with nails left sticking up and boards in closets were left. Very poor removal, I keep stubbing my feet on boards sticking out and my cat was playing with a loose nail that was left. I have pulled multiple sticking up nails out of the floor. I am very upset and disappointed in your company.

They didn't keep in communication very well. The water wasn't on so they worked without water and it cause a fire. They should've let me know things.

was here within hours of fire, removed carpet/water, tarped roof where fire originated , although missing an additional area where fire department had removed a ridge vent
