Super easy, very professional & got the job done. Couldn’t be happier how quickly repairs for our garage went and the respect for our home altogether!

Communication was the biggest issue. We had a hole in our roof for months. They sent someone to our home 5 times.

I cannot explain what the problem was, but I had problems with ServiceMASTER Metropolitan in terms of the follow-up after the initial job was done.

The process was complicated. There were several things that were miscommunicated. The company would call us to inform us about the project but the information that we were given didn't work out that way. It felt like we were being pushed off. There was a lack of communication. There were things that were explained but it didn't happen the way it was explained. There was work that was quoted but it didn't need to be done so they told us that they were going to give us a $2,000 refund check. However, that was almost 6 weeks ago and we haven't heard from them since. I wouldn't recommend them!

For the total project they have more than exceed my expectations at the end of the day, even tough we had mishaps, they are expected on a big project. Overall I am very satisfied.
