Friendly enough but kind sloppy, no communication internally, seemed like a different crew almost every day, non of the employees ever seemed to know what was going on and often didn't have stuff they needed when they showed up. I'm stains on my asphalt, plaster stains everywhere, pathes not even filed with mud. Ceiling has lines and did all over. Nothing was done with pride of workmanship, just done as fast as possible so they could go home early.

They did a good job but I feel they removed some flooring in my bathroom that didn't need to be ripped up. I also still have the lock box which they have not picked up.

I do not have many regrets in life. My greatest regret during this tragic time and loss due to a house fire, is having Service Master provide my family with any services. I am extremely dissatisfied and shocked at the exorbitant amount of money this company charged. Worst services I have ever received. Stay away always!

We received quick and professional service when our home flooded. Our crew was very hardworking, worked quickly and courteous. Even when the work was completed, and we still had our Pack Rat storage, they were flexible and gave us adequate time to get it unloaded. Would definitely recommend them to others!

ServiceMaster came to my house when I was highly stressed due to a flood in the basement. They completely took over the situation, drying out the area and provided drying units until the area was dried. They worked with my schedule to come out and tear out affected flooring and walls. They provide a great service turning disaster into manageable.

If I am in need of a company like this again then I would not hesitate in asking for their assistance.

Not only did Service Master do a great job but the employees were very nice and understood what I was going through.

We had a basement flood from our washer. Servicemaster came immediately and expertly handled everything, from fans to dry things out, to removing damaged carpet and drywall and packing my belongings and storing them safely until our contractors were done with repairs. Their employees were professional and thorough and the supervisors stayed in touch with us to ensure everything was going okay. If you ever have a restoration issue, I would highly recommend Servicemaster.
