They did an excellent job with everything.

They provided good service. Everyone that was here had good skills and made it a good experience. They solved the issues I had.

There was stuff they were doing and they had to bring in other subcontracts. They coordinated with them and made sure it was done. It was great quarterbacking from being to end.

After a sewer break in my home on a Sunday afternoon, I called the Bowie branch of another mitigation company and they called about a Monday appointment to reschedule it for the upcoming Friday. Knowing it best to not have a sewer line break go unattended for several days I called the ServiceMaster. ServiceMaster arrived the SAME DAY! Don't use another mitigation company, always use ServiceMaster.

ServiceMaster came to get my computer. They returned it and said it was fixed and it wasn't. Everything else was professional and fine.

I found the staff from ServiceMaster Restoration are all very friendly and responsive. They showed up in my house with a short notice - I called them in the afternoon and they sent their staff to my house in the evening on the same day and worked until 2 O'clock in the morning. They did the work professionally and answered all my questions. It was pleasant experience. After the first visit, they stopped by my house every other day to check the progress. They always schedule their visit ahead of time. The manager I worked with is also very friendly and tried very hard to adjust their schedule to match mine. Overall experience with the ServiceMaster was great!

We had flooding in our basement and the ServiceMaster did an excellent job with the mitigation project. The work required several days of followup after the initial cleanup. And they did great in scheduling and making sure the times worked well.

The complaints from the neighbors really changed my opinion. The first gentleman was fantastic. He showed up quickly and was really responsive and nice. I didn't meet the rest of them, but I just heard an unfortunate thing from my neighbor. They also switched the person in charge of our account midway through the process.

After an unexpected, and rather dramatic, damaging storm ripped through my basement, ServiceMaster Restoration of Mont, Fred, Howard, and Wash Counties came to my rescue. While others in the area were trying to set up a process to respond to a large area of damage, these folks set up an initial visit for the next day! And the following week's worth of daily check-ins went flawlessly. Thank you to the entire team.

ServiceMaster provided phenomenal service.

All personnel were professional and very knowledgeable.

They took a lot out to restore and it came back better than it left. They restored it, plus some.

Overall I was not satisfied with my experience with ServiceMaster and my recommendation would be to anyone who has an insurance company contracted with them to request a second company. From the very first night the service technicians backed into my mailbox and never said a word. When I advised the company I was told that I just needed to have some dirt packed into the hole that was caused. The company persisted to call me while I was out of the country on vacation for a signed document so they could get paid by the insurance company. The excuse was that the insurance company was getting impatient for payment. When I stated I was literally standing in an airport in Jamaica the person still asked me if it was possible to get the signed paperwork to her that day. There were constant scheduling conflicts and my wife and I were never asked when a good time would be to check on our equipment rather we were told when they would be back in voicemail message. I was also sent an invoice that was post-dated by two months and underneath it stated if I didn't pay within 5 days I would be sent to collections or interest would accrue. Overall I was not satisfied with the service that I received from ServiceMaster and would not recommend using this company.

They were very professional and courteous. They did a good job packing thing and making the customer happy. Although we had a few issues they worked to make us happy.

Everybody was professional and efficient. It was a stressful situation, but they made us feel at ease and came and worked everyday.

Service Master services were excellent. They were extremely professional in the delivery of their services and they helped in a very great measure to reduce the emotional impact of the loss we suffered as a result of the fire. I can never thank them enough for being there for me and my family the very next morning after the fire. They worked tirelessly and preserved all our stuff and cleaned all the smoke in the house. They employed very hard working and honest men and women that work for Service Master and we are very grateful to each an every one of them for a job well done. I would recommend their services to everyone in need of their services and you will never regret employing their services. There was a lot of complications in my case. This was an apartment fire so their was smoke and water damage. ServiceMaster worked with me with absolutely no problem at all.

I agreed with them, and they had some good information that helped me make some decisions. I was well satisfied with all the things they did for me, and they completed the job in good time.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the level of professionalism of Service Masters' work during my flooding devastation in my home. They expedited the service and maintained a high level of professionalism during the entire process.

They were courteous and hard working. ServiceMaster Restoration met my expectations.

The only disagreement I had was the way the information was relayed from Service Masters to the insurance agency.
