We will tell all our friends and family to NEVER to use Service Master- St Louis. There were 4 issues with the SM- St Louis staff.1) Extensive damage to our property2) Damage to the lawn3) Loss of personal property- unplugged a chest freezer4) Missing Power toolsUpon discovery of the damages, photos were record and we immediately informed Cathy A. of the issues. The staff said the issues would be addressed. After constant emails to Cathy A. over 4 months, the owner eventually paid foronly the grass seed. Service Master -St Louis made a mishap in our home even worse ! We informed our Insurance company and eventually had to include Service Master's errors and missing items to our claim.
