Didn't get all of the water up. Tried to upsell. Lied about price.
Great, quick work with very friendly representatives! They were so respectful of my home/property and assured me when I was in a bit of a panic - I can rest easy knowing that my home is clean and safe once again.
They were very friendly, reliable, on time, cleaned up well, and did a great job.
While out of town had water leak that was addressed by Service Master. Setting up dehumidifiers & drying out drywall the next day prevented mold or additional damage. Their contact with our insurance company and us was very helpful. We would recommend this company to anyone finding themselves in a predicament like we experienced! Drew & his team were very careful with all our processions & handled everything very professionally. He put our minds at ease with his calls & updating emails.

I was very disappointed with a company that claims to be a service master.
Using ServiceMaster through my insurance company was a great experience and I highly recommend this company. A project manager was assigned to us and he coordinated the necessary contractors (a carpenter for bathroom sub-floor repair, a drywaller to repair the ceiling where the leak occurred, and a painter to paint the finished drywall). He kept in regular contact with us and it just made our insurance claim experience a good one.
A little bit more communication is needed from ServiceMaster - West Allis/Wauwatosa, but the work is good.

Service Master was prompt and professional.
Work was done with little regard to damaging doors and trim. When insurance decline to cover these damages as they weren't the result of the qualifying event (water damage) ServiceMaster declined to take action for the damages they caused. They went so far as to say we couldn't prove they caused the damages and that our pets must have caused the gouges.
The workers where always respect of my home. Each day the work was cleaned up. The where patient with my two little dogs. They where on time and considerate enough to get to the house in the morning so I could secure the workers with my dogs and then be ale to leave for work on time.
Service master has a lack of leadership. When the job started it was supposed to be one person running the job. After the job started, she moved on to get contractor license. The second guy had no sense of how to communicate or schedule subcontractors. Some of the subs had very good workers, but I am very unsatisfied with the overall experience with ServiceMaster.
