It was explained to ServPro the very first day I met with them that my painting canvasses were the most important thing to me. THEY LOST THEM. Then their only answer was "it's not on our list!" Several other things were missing, like a light fixture we delivered to them-they said we did not deliver it, even though I have photo of it with the other fixtures, and they simply responded "it's not on our list!" They didn't inform me that the drawers on a very large, heavy chest of drawers were not working, which could have been fixed during the long months that our house was being built back after the fire, and they delivered it back to us!

They were awesome.

I would highly recommend but I would also explain what happened to us. I would want people to know to watch out what was being taken out of the home.

Although in comparison our damage was relatively moderate, but no where near a catastrophe. Servepro-Covington was able to come out the next day. This was at our request as it wasn't necessary for them to come out immediately, although they offered, and the workers immediately began tearing everything that was affected by the water leak. They called a couple times each day just to check in and that everything was still in operation. They helped reduce our stress during this trying time, allowing us to focus on other aspects of the repairs! Thank You ServePro - Covington.
