The issues I had with the service came after the job was completed. I could never obtain a satisfactory explanation for the reappearance of mildew in the crawl space in areas that were supposedly treated vs. areas that had been treated.

No, areas where sheetrock was removed were not tented or closed off prior, issue with excess dust from what is likely silica dust was not addresses immediately. It was not completely cleaned. Dust was excessive for weeks and made it hard to breathe. Company was too busy to complete all work unless there was at least a month or two delay. Only had one person able to do the more specific work.

I cannot say enough good things about ServPro of Aiken. We came home Sunday night in late August 2018 after a week's vacation to find our entire first floor of our home flooded due to a hose break in our bathroom. The water was estimated to have been running for about the entire week. ServPro immediately responded to remove the water and save our furnishings. They worked well into Sunday night, calling employees in to remove the water. Our hardwood floors were warped and ruined; furniture and kitchen cabinets had water damage; all insulation under the floor was water soaked; and the ventilation ductwork had collected water. ServPro took the lead in restoring all of our home including drying out home, removing the hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets, and packaging all of our belongings for off site storage. Our grand piano was moved to a safe location. New floors, cabinets, insulation and doors were installed. ServPro worked well with our insurance adjuster to make this recovery as seamless as possible. In addition, ServPro offered much moral support in our time of need and helped in all aspects to return our lives to normal. I would give them 10 Stars if this survey allowed. Thanks ServPro of Aiken.
