The guys from ServPro did a great job I would recommend them to any one. They removed my floor in three rooms and stored all of furniture in pods until we replaced the flooring thin they set everything back in our house we were very thankful and they were excellent. With so many choices out there it is sometimes hard to decide. Franchise name but a hometown company. They live, work and play right here! It is real nice to have people who are familiar with your surroundings and know exactly how to deal with the situation. Very professional and kind group of people.

Our furniture was returned majorly damaged. When we reported it to the district manager. He rudely started yelling at us and blaming us for the damage. Ex. sofa was torn at seems, brand new rugs threads was stripping, metal end tables cracked and much more. When I did get the things back in our home, I couldn't even stay in the house because of my allergies. The furniture was extremely dirty and they had to come and actually do the cleaning. The furniture did not get cleaned the first time. The sofa and mattresses still smelled of smoke, we noticed it once the perfume smell that they sprayed on it wore off in a couple days. I had to stay in a hotel until they came back and cleaned everything in the house. After they cleaned it that time, I was able to stay in our home.. If a fire or flood ever happens again, I would rather throw my things away and personally pay for new things than have to deal with Servpro again. RIAN is a horrible person to deal with and not professional at all. I will ALWAYS tell everyone I know to use anyone else other than Servpro.
