I was not really pleased with the subcontractors and if it had not been for Jason Hall, my superintendent I am not sure when the project would be completed. It took 17 weeks and Jason had to come out and do things himself to get the work completed I am really pleased with Jason.

This division of SERVPRO was easy to work with. The construction division is another story.

Response to water abatement is satisfactory. Restoration poor response. Still awaiting repairs to begin.

Very courteous, very polite, and their service was very on point. They are very congenial about doing what they say they will do. They are also very professional.

Serve Pro was always on time for appointments. Very thorough and professional.

It was a very easy process and I have been able to contact them even after the job is complete for any questions I have had.

The folks at ServPro were great to deal with. They were there (early) for every appointment, and they made a hard situation much easier to handle because of their care and professionalism.

I had a very bad experience dealing with ServoPro Birmingham. I would never recommend or use them. They had to pay ServiceMaster to come back into my home and unpack and repack every box of my things. Many of our things went missing as well. Things that went missing were a surveillance system, and utensils.

I wish they would have squared off the cuts in the drywall to make for quicker repair. It make the process slow down. Would recommend if customers had more input.

They came and started drying out our house but did not remove any contents. Instead they piled wet items on top of furniture and by the time they returned nine days later more furniture was ruined because they piled furniture on top of furniture along with other wet items. They did replace what they ruined but caused more stress on us. Also delayed the work to start fixing our home.

I had a washing machine run over with just my wife at home and me at work, I called my insurance agent and he called ServPro. They responded and were at my house within an hour and half. definitely would recommend them if you have a water emergency! They did a great job and stayed with it till the job was done., and was always here when they said they would be.

They were professional and they explained everything, detail oriented, and everything was right in line with everything he said. He went above and beyond.

We had water damage from a burst pipe in a wall. Verbally, the representative explained all of the wet drywall and insulation would be removed, fans placed, and antimicrobial treatment applied. The work actually performed was cutting several 12 inch sections of drywall, removing the insulation, and placing the fans. Several sections of wet - literally dripping wet - insulation was left in the walls. All of the wet drywall was left in place except the sections cut out at the bottom to remove some of the insulation. The work verbally explained didn't match the work actually performed. When I called to discuss the discrepancy, the person performing the work explained he did the scope as described by his supervisor and he would call me back after he spoke to the supervisor. No one ever called me back or returned my calls. The work actually performed was not worth the price charged. Even if it was a miscommunication of the scope of work, there is NO reason dripping wet insulation should be left in the wall.

Some of the employees were excellent and I was thrilled with them. Other employees were not as good.

ServPro did a wonderful job.

Horrible experience with Servpro!!! Said they would do one thing, then retracted. Contaminated, damaged, and missing items. I did everything asked of me, supplied photos with prices to be reimbursed only to be "short changed". The workers badly scratched up my range hood upon cleaning (move out), and they took pics and assured me it would be replaced more than once, then at the end told me they would not after all was said and done. They were negligent, as I didn't have a blemish on it, and they didn't keep their word.

They did a great job from beginning to the end. I'll always use they and recommend that others use them as well. Thanks ServPro
