I really appreciated the timeline that they gave me. It was in Excel format and showed what they would be doing from beginning to end. It was a very detailed timeline.

It took almost 5 months and for a few days, it seemed like no one was here.

We have used them a couple of times and have really been pleased with their services!

They used poor subcontractors. When we drew their attention to it, they blamed us for the workmanship saying that we were looking over their shoulders to much. After they had said they had put better workers in the home, they had not and the work was done again in a poor way. By the end of the process we were about a week overdue. Some parts of it had be done 3 times to get them up to reasonable quality.

I will not recommend Servpro. They did not meet the schedule and did not do a good job.

I'm really not happy with the end results.

The gentlemen that came to clean up made a huge error in taking off the "B" Board in the family room. It was totally unnecessary according to our Contractor. As a result, the water damage happened on June 10th and it isSeptember 11th and they have been unable to find a matching product. They were careless in removing a wall desk, causing damage. I will not recommend your Company to any of my many connections.
