Very professional, and kept their promise. Communication was good.

The moveout crew was terrible, the move in crew was amazing. However, we are still, almost a month after move in, dealing with items that were broken. Servpro is even trying to negotiate to replace their broken items with cheaper items. Furthermore, the entire time between move out and move in they continuously confused the scope of items (i.e., didn't realize they had moved items from the old house and into the new house) and refused to schedule us until a few days before the actual move.

They came in our house and tore it up. They didn't speak English, and they forced us to sign papers to do work. Not only that, but they ran up our electric bill, and put stuff in here that they didn't need to. Furthermore, they ruined our furniture and appliances. It was a mess, it was terrible.

It was perfect! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. It made a bad situation turn out better.

Servpro was very efficient. They provided great customer service and a hardworking team.

When Servpro of Duncanville/ DeSoto came out, they did not do what they should have done at the beginning of the service and later did it in the middle when it should have been done at the beginning.

It was unprofessional and communication with the insurance company and us was very poor. Windows had to be redone, boxes and debris were left under the guise that they might be something we wanted to keep. We wound up carrying the debris and hiring someone to redo the windows, etc. This was a rental rehab.

They need to pay more attention to where items are returned. Some items were randomly stuffed into drawers, sometimes not even in the room they came from, sometimes not even on the same floor

Servo was very coordinated and they were extremely helpful with everything. I was great working with them.

I would highly recommend Karen and her employees that handled the packing and move in/out. However, I would NOT recommend Kylie Kesner or Liz from your office.

I was completely blown away by the attentiveness and customer service. I appreciated their attention to detail when my life was thrown upside down by the flood.

I filed an insurance claim, so my insurance company paid for it. I would not have used them. They were expensive.

Due to circumstances in February, it took them a while to get out here. When they did get here, they did a very thorough job getting things right. It also took a long time getting the contractor out here. I was satisfied with Servpro.

I had no idea what to expect at the time of there service. We just had all our walls freshly painted, they got crap all over them in the bath and master bedroom. Scuffed up the baseboards and door facings, also freshly painted. They broke a mirror on my antique, said they would fix it... They never attempted to contact me about this matter. The whole ordeal with very upsetting to me. They pulled up all the floors anyway. Don't know why we spend over $2,500. with them. Wast of time and money. Totally unnecessary.

It was heaven sent. It has relaxed me and hum of motor puts you to sleep.

The people were very good and very professional. I would recommend them.
