Dave Griffin and Kenny were exceptional, as their general contractors. They checked on what the other men were doing.

Quick service once claim was filed with insurance company and was explained with the process throughly.

I was very disappointed that they did not look at the area where the hot water heater was stored. The walls were very wet and should have been cut. The outer walls of this area was only cut out because I pointed it out. That shouldn't have happened. They should have done a thorough search of the area looking for water damage.I complained to manager and the way she talked I expected her to be at the job the next day. She was no where to be found. She should not have misled me, so that I thought she was coming to the job.

These guys were awesome! They couldn't have been better. I was really, really pleased! I couldn't be happier. It was great. John and his crew were awesome. Everything was fantastic!

As I told Oliver when I spoke to him I would recommend your company to anyone. The men and women who came and did the work were friendly, helpful and did beautiful work. Tim who was the Super on the job is incredible and so is his team, especially Raif. Monique and the mold remediation team were great. My one exception was Jon Jordan. He was combative, tried to talk me out of anything I suggested for my home, he sent me rude texts and flat out lied to me.
