If there was a rating of negative 5 or more to choose from, I would rate this service as such. Their "services" or lack thereof, caused me to put in an extra claim to my insurance of $2500.00 for the work not performed and additional damages which occurred. Not to mention the unprofessionalism of the crew in using my tools to do their job and damaging them, along with using my bathroom facilities for their convenience. The main loss was the removal and disposal of ALL the wood trim from 5 rooms, floor and doors. Along with one room not flood cut and wall panel not removed per the insurance's adjustors recommendation.

I thought they were a little rough on some of the stuff they tore out.
