We were dealing with them long distance. It would have been better if I was there, but it was 2 1/2-3 hours away. I was shocked they took up my tile floor. I thought the tile would dry out. I wish I would have had a heads-up on that. Other than that, they did a great job and cleaned up nice. I wish there was a little bit more communication, but that was because we weren't there.

The day after my flood I thought the crew arrived unprepared. They had no paper towel or trash bags. They basically pulled up the carpeting, cut a hole in the wall and brought in fans. My cupboards, drawers, pots, etc. were left filled with water. However, the crew that came to help me pack and wrap my items in boxes was terrific.

They were very responsible and professional, but mostly seemed to care about resolving our issue as quickly and accurately as possible. They tried to assure us everything would be ok which they succeeded in relieving a lot of our anxiety.

They came to assess and left dehumidifier; returned following day to clean out and left 2 industrical fans along with dehumidifier and had encased the area.. Left for 2 days checking in in-between. Cleaned up the area immedicately around the affected area.

SERVPRO went above and beyond by informing me on how to proceed even after their portion of the job was completed and gave me recommendations for other work that needed to be done afterward. They were very helpful during the whole process.

Quick remediation to the water damage in my home from a leaky dishwasher. Blocked off other rooms in house so rip-out did not cause dirt/dust in other areas of the house. Gave detailed overview of each step of the remediation process and laid out timelines as to when each step of the remediation would be completed.
