I highly recommend Servpro! They were quickly responsive to my phone call regarding the water damage. They came quickly and responded quickly so I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

SERVPRO made a deal with our insurance company to remediate my house. The team at SERVPRO did a good job getting the house dry. That's when everything fell apart, as our insurance company made a deal with SERVPRO to pay them directly. SERVPRO didn't like that it took a few weeks for the insurance company to pay. Instead of working with the insurance company to receive payment, SERVPRO sent me to collections and threatened a lien on my house for weeks until they received the check from the insurance company. No amount of explaining to SERVPRO how the agreement THEY MADE with my insurance company satiated their desire to get blood from a family that just went through a hardship. Working with SERVPRO was perfection until it came time for them to get paid - then a terrible, disappointing experience.
These guys are just top notch. No other way to put it. Professional, timely and on top of everything. Would highly recommend.

shocked at how great this was, we had a fire and had to move out of our house for 3 months...They really cared about our personal items in our house....We have crazy, limited edition items in our house. While the fire was happening and the fire fighters were at our house there were other businesses like this one, standing outside our house. They were ambulance chasers... I did not realize just how much this company was going to play a huge roll in our fire recovery. Thanks Serv Pro, Kory you and your team is AWESOME.

During my water mitigation, servepro employees scratched my hardwood floors while removing some baseboards. Initially, they insured me they would fix the problem even if it meant replacing part of my floor. After approx 4 weeks of delays, it was decided the floor boards needed to be replaced. But instead of simply going ahead and scheduling the replacement, dave Threlkeld tried to tell me that he wanted to have floor king try to buff out the damage which had already been decided would not 100% fix the scratch. When i insisted that the floor boards be replaced, dave then proceeded to say that they were technically not responsible for the damage because the base board had been nailed wrong. Mind you, he initially said they would take full responsibility and fix it. At this point, iCompletely lost all trust and credibility in servepro. It seemed like such a petty attempt to shrug their ultimate responsibility. It was then that I informed him that if the boards weren’t replaced I would have my lawyer and the insurance company deal with the issue. A week later, the floor boards were finally replaced after several weeks of delays and unkept promises. I was thoroughly disappointed with their feeble attempt to deny responsibility for their mistake! In my opinion, They are no better than the sketchy repair services out there!

Their service was excellent and I am totally satisfied with their service. Their staff is very professional and they worked really hard to handle all of our issues.
They were out within a couple of hours after water loss claim filed with insurance carrier. They came out in mass, just to make sure the damages could be properly mitigated (in case we had missed some damaged areas on our cabinets, ceramic tile flooring, sheet rock and wood flooring.) They had everything secured within 2-3 hours. And they came out 2 times to check to see if things were properly drying and for additional buckling. Because of this, there was no threat of mold and thus no need to move out. This happened over the holidays, weekend after Thanksgiving, 2015. Our problem was with the recommended contractor that only gave a lot of lip service and wanted our deductible up front, but they were constantly putting us off, though 2.5 months after the loss, they sent their outstanding cabinetry sub contractors out and they did a great job. But we ended up hiring flooring contractors which we could have been easily done in the first couple of weeks in January. But I digress. SERVPRO services were outstanding!
They discarded useful items I could have used and cut wires instead of disconnecting them. Left nails and plastic.
They were out within a couple of hours after the loss was discovered and was able to mitigate the water damages. Because of their expediency, the water damage was contained, thus preventing any mold growth.
I have already told many friends to use SERVPRO if they ever need mold help.
When I contacted ServPro of Hyde Park, it was due to a crazy flood in Austin, Texas on a holiday weekend. Myself, along with about 60 other homeowners all made contact with them after hours and they graciously prioritized the calls and responded to the first 6 homeowners that called in. I was impressed that ServPro was at my house within 3 hours of calling, on a holiday weekend, and had equipment in place quickly even though they did not have to. I appreciated how quickly they worked and if they had not my house would have probably been in worse shape than it was.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I am most satisfied with how they came and checked my house to make sure the moisture was getting out of the walls, and how they provided recommendations and used their professional knowledge in the situation.
We have used them for several years and they are one of the few companies that I use . When we give them a job order, I don't have to worry about it. They are very clear. If there is a project that won't work out they will let us know. We don't get a service charge unless they actually do the work.
