They did not always notify me of when they were coming. There was one day we stayed home all day for them to come. They said they were coming at a certain time, and did not end up coming until 2 hours later. So, that took up our entire day. They did a little damage that I don't think was intentional. Pulling their hoses up, and bringing the dehumidifier out of the home, they gouged the kitchen wall. I did not discover this until after. When I was ready for the flooring crew to come, and started pulling back the carpet, I noticed they did not clean up any of the stuff they drilled out of the wall at all. They left all of that left behind. I was disappointed in their cleanup, and did not discover this until after they had gone. The good part is, that when we initially had our issue, we were advised by our insurance to call them. They came out the same day, and worked until 7 pm, getting started. That was a plus, their responsiveness to the initial call.

We have used ServPro to mitigate water damage in our home on two occasions. Not only do they do an excellent job at addressing water damage, but their representatives are exceptional at communicating the process and executing within a timely manner. If I could give ServPro six stars I would!

These guys turned what could have been a very stressful disaster into a very minor inconvenience. The folks who did the work explained everything and followed through. They were very friendly and professional and they respected my schedule and availability.

For the most part, ServPro was professional and on time. There were a few lapses, but they were usually corrected. The finished product is not what we were expecting.
