I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They charged my insurance for a lot of work they didn't do. They are still working on things at my house. The left about two weeks ago. I was out of my house for eight months. They didn't do what they were supposed to do.

I wouldn't recommend Servpro to do anything at your home.

Whenever we had our final walkthrough, they left everything filthy. We found out later that two ceiling fans were not hooked up right, the baseboards needed more paint, the hot and cold water was connected backward in the kitchen sink, and the bottom of the dishwasher was full of water.

Everyone didn't wear a mask and should have at this time.

The actual ServPro employees are great but some of the contractors that they work with lack in completing the job thoroughly.

I used Servpro via my home insurance company to work on my water damage due to a busted water heater that was installed in my attack above the 2nd floor.The managers at Servpro are very polite and courteous. They explained to us the next steps in a detailed manner. I was particularly impressed by Anthony who was the construction supervisor. I was always able to reach him and got answers to questions/concerns that sometimes didn't fall in his purview. For things that he was responsible he would get me answers in less than an hour and even things that he needed to co-ordinate with other departments of Servpro he would get me answers within 2-3 hours.I am thoroughly satisfied with the re-construction work that Servpro did on my house.
