You guys are a real joke. Paid almost $6000.00 for you to do mold removal and you did absolutely nothing but rip up the ceiling and walls. Destroyed more personal items then was already destroyed. You busted a bunk bed set that cannot be replaced. I personally wouldnt recommend servpro to even walk in your door thats when all their lies start. Since they caused way more issues and DID NOT remove the mold that they swore would die out with those high dollar walmart fans they used. Def not worth the stress dont waste your time

They did a good job. I know they have a lot of jobs to do, they finally completed mine. I am 100% satisfied with the work. it just took forever. The water damage happened on Halloween and they just finished it. I spent almost five months in a hotel. It took forever due to the mitigation, construction, etc. They are just spread thin, but they did do a good job.

SERVPRO did an excellent job on explaining what would happen and what we should expect. The workmanship was poor. Workers did not do a good job cleaning the house and had to complained in order to get a better job. Once we received all our household goods, we noticed that nothing was cleaned. Everything was still cover in smoke and dirt. I received my household goods, just the way they packed them. We were also told they would unpack everything unless we told them so. Well, they delivered furniture and left without even asking if any help was needed. My mattresses had covers when they were taken. I received them with no covers and very duty where they drag them on the floor. Some items were damaged.

They were very courteous and kind.
