Our project manager, Doug, went above and beyond on every occasion. After an unforeseen event left us with a huge mess, Doug and his team showed up like heroes and made it all go away. Several times, he helped me more than he needed to. We are so grateful and will think of ServPro and Doug specifically when future repairs are needed.

There are slow to get the job done, and there were a lot of mistakes made. For the amount of money paid for insurance, it is not worth the experience because they don't complete the task. The completed tasks in our house is not great.

The employees were very kind, and considerate. They showed a lot of empathy and did a good job.

Servpro made a lot of promises they did not keep. We were charged a lot of money for what they did, but there is still mold and asbestos in our home that was not addressed. We are also told they will hand it the renovation portion of our job as supervisor on the job then told my wife that they had a bigger job, which is more important than ours. Do I call that customer service? Not really.

Servpro was really great. They did a nice job in the home. They explained things well. They were timely and clean up at a reasonable time.

It took 4 months to almost complete the job. I was in hotel for 3 months before ever moving back into my condo and still not complete. At times they were here one day per week and sometimes there weeks they never showed up at all!!!

From start to finish Servpro is as professional as it gets, from the person sent out to do the initial assessment, the clean up crew, the construction crew and all the support people at the main office were top notch. Couldn't ask for a better cleanup crew. They were quick and very professional. Very attentive of my concerns and treated my belongings as if they were fine china. Couldn't speak more highly of the company and their employees.
